Find Money Keywords

DON’T skip this step and DON’T skip learning keyword research.

Either learn it or hire an expert to do it for you.  This is the starting point and the basis for ALL online traffic generation.

I recommend Blue Host for your domain hosting.  You get unlimited transfers, domains and space for a very affordable price.

Bluehost has all the bells and whistles that your ‘Tech Guy’ will be looking for, if you decide to outsource, and it’s easy enough for you to handle the routine stuff on your own.

Plus, they have spectacular customer support which is all too rare for hosting services.

SugarSync is the preferred software for file sharing and autmatic synchronization across multiple computers.  I also use it for all my online file backups – keeping my work files accessible and safe.

Why is it better than Dropbox?   They are both simple and effective.

But …

SugarSync works on your existing folder structure, and works on external drives. The ability to share, and password protect, folders is critical for business collaborations and outsourcing solutions.

Icing on the cake = the ability to share individual files (with a link) with out the need to grant permissions or send large files through email (no need to pay for a separate file transfer service!).

Once you start using SugarSync, consider upgrading to get more space and protect ALL your business files (I like the ‘undelete’ and ‘restore previous version capabilities — that’s saved me before!)

Drop Box is software that allows you to share files and keep them synced easily between multiple computers. It includes password security so you can use it for business collaborations very easily.

Oprius

Oprius is the ideal product for beginner to intermediate business owners for a full Customer Relationship Management system.  Oprius has an integrated opt-in autoresponder and lead capture page builder.  This means that you can capture lead information and have it directly captured into your CRM.

Oprius also has an easy to use relationship builder system.  You can put your lead in different plans and automatically schedule phone calls, emails, and direct mail pieces.  You will never lose contact with a lead again.

Oprius is inexpensive, easy to use and you won’t outgrow it for a while.  Oprius is a great all-in-one system for streamlining your business.

Aweber is a pure autoresponder, and one of the best available.  It’s not a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Oprius or Infusionsoft, it is purely for your autoresponder needs.

Aweber is very robust and flexible enough to handle any autoresponder needs.  It is also simple enough to get setup and active quickly.

The reason that I put Aweber at the top of my list for most entrepreneurs is the Information and Training they provide.  You’ll learn best practices for your email marketing, not just how to set up autoresponders.

Infusionsoft
